The jewelry is made of solid 925 thousandths silver.

The warranty begins on the date of purchase of the jewel indicated on the purchase confirmation and the invoice downloadable directly from your personal space on the site.

The legal guarantee applies in the event of a manufacturing defect or hidden defect only.
It does not cover damage resulting from improper handling or use of the jewelry. We will also not be able to accept items for repair if repair attempts or repairs have been carried out by a third party, including items that have modifications to the original model.

You can increase the longevity of your jewelry by following a few instructions: (see the maintenance and cleaning section for more details)

Keep your jewelry in its original pouch

Clean it with a soft cloth.

Avoid contact with water, soap, perfume, hairspray, chlorinated water or chemicals.

Avoid shocks that could cause scratches or other damage such as falling set stones.

Also remember to remove your jewelry before going to bed, washing, playing sports or going to a sauna. 

Failure to follow these instructions will not allow the warranty to be covered.

Your jewelry will then be sent to our repair workshops 

in order to make a quote before repair and will be submitted to you for approval.  

Please note that in addition to the repair costs, there may be transport costs for returning the goods. These may also be charged if you refuse to allow the repair to be carried out.

A repair can take approximately 4-6 weeks from the time it is received and your quote or warranty claim accepted.
