How can I return my order?

We hope that you are completely satisfied with the contents of your order.

However, if you wish to return one or more of the items purchased on the ORUS BIJOUX Boutique, you can return them to us, in their original condition, within 14 days from date of receipt.

If you wish to return merchandise to us, please proceed as follows:

Please place the merchandise to be returned in a sturdy shipping carton. (If possible, return the goods to us in their original packaging, so that they are protected against damage during transport).

Please keep the shipping receipt with the tracking number in case of a possible complaint.

Please note that return costs will be your responsibility. We can only issue a refund after receipt of the goods. We therefore recommend that you use a trackable registered shipping option.

The delivered goods may only be worn for the purpose of trying on – comparable to trying on in a store. In the event of damage to the goods due to shipping, we reserve the right to demand compensation.
